Team Members

The Team Member Management section displays all individuals who have joined the team through project invitations. For more information on how to invite collaborators, refer to the invite collaboration feature.

Invite members

  • First, select the projects and project permissions that you want to grant access to the invitee.
  • Then, click the 'Copy' button.
  • Send the copied invitation link to the invitee.
  • The invitee can join the team by clicking on the invitation link and then clicking 'Join'.

Invite via Email

  • Select the projects and project permissions you want to grant to the invitee.
  • Enter the invitee’s email address.
  • Click 'Send' to send the invitation.
  • The invitee can join the team by clicking the link in the email.

Set as Team Administrator

A team must have at least one team administrator.

You can set a non-administrator as a team administrator by clicking the appropriate button, or you can revoke team administrator status.

In personal spaces, the owner must remain the team administrator and cannot have their status revoked.

Remove Members

Team administrators can remove members from the team. Once removed, the members will also lose access to any projects they were part of.

The last remaining team administrator cannot be removed.

In the initialized personal space, the owner cannot be removed.

You can also remove multiple members simultaneously.
