Document Management allows you to manage all created share links and archived interface documents.

Document archiving can be seen as taking a snapshot of the document. The content viewed by the front-end user via the share link is based on the snapshot and remains unchanged, even if back-end saves are made. This ensures confirmed documents are not modified due to temporary testing or changes in certain interfaces. You can cancel or update the document snapshot at any time using archive management.

The archive management list shows all saved and archived interface documents. For more details on how to archive, refer to the related feature documentation.
