After registering your account, a personal team with a Starter Plan will automatically be created for you. The Starter Plan allows collaboration with up to 8 members and supports the creation of up to 10 projects within the team. If you need additional features without restrictions, you can upgrade your team.

With EchoAPI's free plan, you can already enjoy all the basic features. To further enhance your productivity and creativity, upgrading to Plus/Business will unlock all the powerful features.

EchoAPI supports inviting members to join your team for collaboration (see how to do it). If your team is on the Starter Plan, you can invite up to 8 members to work with you.

Yes, the team administrator can contact us at (support@echoapi.com), provide your team details, and describe your specific requirements. We will assist you accordingly.

EchoAPI's plan subscription is automatically renewed and can be canceled at any time. We will notify you by email 7 days before the automatic renewal (annual paying users will receive an email reminder 30 days in advance). If you need to cancel your subscription, please send your order number or an email to support@echoapi.com to cancel it.
